Retuns and Refunds


The descriptions and other technical details mentioned on the product sheets are communicated to TagDeal by the suppliers of the product or service concerned. TagDeal will make its best efforts so that the graphic illustrations (photos, diagrams, etc.) of the products or services as well as the technical descriptions best describe the products or services in themselves.

Returns and refunds can take place:

- Either within the framework of the legal withdrawal period , the customer has a legal period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the product to inform us of his intention to return it to us.

- Or in the event of non-compliance of the product or service delivered.

The Customer may return the product(s) to the Company by respecting the following procedure:

Our Customer Service then validates your request and provides you with an answer by email.

Return delivery costs and method of return:

For any return made under the right of withdrawal, the return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

As part of a return request in the event of non-compliance of the product, the return costs and possible reshipment are offered by TagDeal. TagDeal will send you a prepaid label by e-mail which will allow you to return the article(s) concerned to us, without advance postage.

Prepare the return package

Use a standard package or reuse the box with which the product was delivered to you, enclosing your invoice or, failing that, your contact details on plain paper (surname, first name and order number) inside your package. Returned products must be packed in their original packaging, without having been worn, used or damaged.

In the case of a return for non-compliance, stick the printed label on your package, the address of our Returns Department is indicated there.

TagDeal Validation:

All returned products (Product, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be returned perfectly intact. Upon receipt of the package, TagDeal will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders the products unfit for sale. If the return is refused by TagDeal, the products will then be returned to the customer at the expense of TagDeal without the customer being able to claim any compensation or right to reimbursement, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of his rights to warranty on goods sold.

In the context of a return for non-compliance, the Customer may ask TagDeal:

To be delivered of a product identical to that ordered, within the limits of available stocks;

To be reimbursed for the price of the product ordered within 15 days of the Customer's request.

Refund of your return:

The returned goods will be refunded to you on the means of payment used during your purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days following receipt of your package. An email will confirm the refund of your item(s).
